The Industrial Court (Proceedings) (Amendment) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2007

These Rules allow for any party to be represented by counsel or solicitor in proceedings before the Industrial Court arising from the Companies (Cross Border Mergers) Regulations 2007 by amending the Industrial Court (Proceedings) Rules (Northern Ireland) 2007.
